Currency & Conversion Rates - Prices are displayed in and Internet transactions are conducted in Australian Dollars ($AUD). Conversions into the customer's own currency are conducted by the financial institution processing the payment and final prices in the customer's currency will vary according to the exchange rate on the day. Please note however that Vangeli will not liable or held responsible in any way for costs, errors, losses or incorrect currency information displayed by this third party website.

GST & Prices - Prices of goods shown on our website are exclusive of GST (Australia's Goods & Services Tax). If you are an overseas customer, purchases from us qualify as exported goods and are therefore not subject to Australia's GST. However, customers who reside in Australia will be charged this tax at the rate of ten per cent (10%) which will be added to your order.

Taxes - In our experience, it is rare for import taxes to be imposed by your home country. However, it is still possible that customers may be liable to pay import taxes imposed by their government upon arrival of their goods. This differs from country to country and Vangeli has no control over which taxes may be charged. In the case of a refund, the customer must bear all costs associated with import taxes as it is not possible for Vangeli to refund this amount or other amounts associated with importing goods. Customers should research their country's import tax policies prior to making a purchase.

Payment Methods - We currently accept the following payment methods:

1. Credit Card - We accept Visa, American Express, Mastercard, and Bankcard. To reduce the risk of fraud, however, we do require credit card transactions to be supported with an original signature. We will contact you and arrange for this to be undertaken before we process your order.
2. Direct Deposit - You may deposit the funds directly into our bank account (in Australian dollars). Please contact us for bank account details if you choose this payment option.
3. Bank Cheque or Money Order - You may pay by Bank Cheque or International Money Order. If you are sending a money order from overseas, please ensure it is in Australian dollars. If you have any questions about the payment process, please contact us.
4. Payment on Delivery. Through special arrange with Vangeli, you may be permitted to submit payment upon delivery. Please contact us to see if you are eligible.

Security policy - Internet Transactions are conducted via a digitally signed, Secure SSL Server. Your transaction details are kept highly secure and are not transmitted via email. Any such information is encrypted before being passed over the Internet, making it extremely difficult for unauthorised people to intercept it. Authenticity - All of our jewellery and gemstones are come with a Certificate of Authenticity. This signed document contains a detailed analysis of your stone, such as origin, classification, weight, colours, and dimensions, and is an excellent record for valuation and insurance purposes.
