We offer Free Global Delivery on all Internet purchases.

All items shipped by Vangeli are insured against loss, theft, or damage. You do not take any risk in purchasing from us, as your parcel is totally insured, requiring a signature by you upon delivery. In the unlikely case that your opal does become lost in transit, you will be reimbursed the full purchase price.

High value items delivered overseas are sent via EMS International Couriers. This is a premium service which offers extremely fast delivery. It is also a traceable service so your parcel can be tracked using the EMS tracking utility. To use the tracking service you will first need to request the package consignment number from Vangeli.

Items of lesser value are shipped overseas via standard insured Air Mail and are not traceable. These items are still fully covered by insurance, requiring a signature on delivery, and are given an unique registration number.

Items being sent within Australia are shipped via registered post, and are also fully insured during delivery.

Since Vangeli covers the cost of all delivery, our discretion is used when selecting your delivery service, according to the value or urgency of the parcel. If you have special or urgent circumstances and would like your parcel sent by a premium service, please let us know and we can arrange for faster delivery for an extra fee to cover our costs.

Please note: If you are placing an order over the Christmas period, please get your orders in early as delivery times tend to be delayed during the busy season.

Returns Policy

Customers are offered a 30-day money back guarantee on all Internet purchases. The 30-day period commences upon the submission of your order, and Vangeli must be notified of your intention to return the product before this period ends. The customer will bear the cost of freight for the return, and goods must be received undamaged and in original condition before a refund will be issued. All transactions including refunds are processed in Australian Dollars, therefore refunds may vary according to exchange rate fluctuation during the 30-day period. Vangeli is not responsible for any variation in currency exchange rates which result in a varied refund.

Lay-Away / Lay-By

We do accept lay-aways or lay-bys on Internet purchases. Please contact us if you would like to place a deposit for an item and make regular payments over a longer period.
