Jeff and Catherine own several opal
mines in Lightning Ridge Australia. These
mines produce the most precious and valuable
black opal in the world.
Most of their
opals are exported to China where they have
their own cutters. After the stones are cut
they are exported to Japan, USA and Germany.
There is also a large selection at their
Canberra store that are sold to Embassy
personnel and the public. |
